We would love to see you... May 27th - June 5th 10am-4.30pm Kennaway House, Sidmouth

Curiouser and Curiouser... is the creation of five local innovative artists and friends with a passion to celebrate art, share ideas and inspire others have come together to form a collaborative group called ‘The Happy Painters Guild’ (HPG).

One of the ‘HPG’s first exciting and bold initiatives was to host this joint Exhibition with invited guest artists’ at the beautiful Kennaway House in Sidmouth to showcase the expressive individuality and diversity of some of our amazing local talent, this was unfortunately thwarted by the global pandemic which none of us could have forseen, but we are finally able to bring this Exhibition to life.

Along with the eclectic mix of friends and invited artist friends, which include the fabulous Dorset based fantasy artist ‘Sharon Hurst’ and the whimsical woodland painter from Exmouth, ‘Anna Fitzgerald’ to name but a few, ‘Curiouser and Curiouser’ promises to excite the senses and offers a unique creative experience for all ages.

There will also be opportunities to watch various artists at work as well as to chat to them. Further … the very talented Glyn Macey, Sharon Hurst & Vic Bearcroft have all very kindly donated a piece of their fabulous work to the HPG silent Auction to raise funds for the local ‘Plastic Free Community Initiatives’ … why not have a go … see if you can win … eeekkk!

So why not come along and support your local artists …Its a free event and we’d love to see you there!... And maybe… just maybe!… When you get back to reality perhaps you’ll want to take a little of the magic back with you…
